Beautiful pool area.

The lack of hot water forced us to endure cold showers, uncomfortable. The sound isolation was poor, leading to disrupted sleep due to noise from neighboring rooms. We also faced a frustrating interrogation from the staff regarding noise complaints, which left us feeling unprofessional and unwelcome.

it is a very authentically furnished hotel, unfortunately is a bit off the beaten track. everything is within walking distance. minimarket and supermarket nearby. to the old town and beach you need about 10-15min. with a rental car it is actually perfect. breakfast was the madness. huge selection of different things! changed daily, free towels for the pool and beach to rent.

Since the hotel is old, it is unfortunately very, very badly soundproofed! Seagulls screeching outside in the surrounding houses from three in the morning, or every word from the neighboring room ... the furniture is also old, closets and chests of drawers squeak and creak a lot - stupid if you know that you wake them up in the morning. . Unfortunately, on our last night we discovered a cockroach in the room. Possibly through the open window, as the hotel was otherwise very clean.

Lagos vibes and brekkie 🥐☀️

Wow, the brekkie was next level-lekker fresh pastries, and they even had a proper coffee machine! Feels like you're in a little oasis with the fine garden and pool area, so chill for soaking up the sun. The super nice team, really added to the lekker vibes.

Only downside was the noisy guests at night-bit of a bummer when you just want to relax and enjoy the peace.

Super rich and varied regional breakfast buffet with dishes and desserts prepared in your own kitchen, which clearly stands out from other breakfast standards. Note 1 with a star. The entire hotel is extremely individually and tastefully designed and furnished. Extremely well maintained and clean. The staff at the reception as well as in the breakfast room is very friendly and helpful. Good tips and assistance (including booking) for excursions. The location is good, about 15 minutes walk to the center. Beaches are easy to reach by car, sometimes in about 15 minutes on foot. Free public parking spaces around the hotel. We always found a parking space within 2 minutes walking distance.

The roof terrace looks uncomfortable. We haven't seen anyone use it. But this roof terrace is also not needed, as the deck chairs at the pool are comfortable and sufficient. Actually, we liked everything.

A very nice and pleasant residence that fully met our expectations (adults only). The breakfast is excellent, especially because of its high quality, the wide variety, but above all because of the numerous typical offers. Out of five hotels visited in Portugal in the shortest possible time, this breakfast stood out. The ten minutes' walk to the center of Lagos is more than made up for by the quiet surroundings.

The very good impression unfortunately suffered somewhat from the "provisions package", which we had to receive the previous evening due to the early departure (7:00 a.m.): including two welded-in croissant-like parts with an expired (!) Expiry date, sticky sandwiches and an apple .. Too bad!

This place exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was a feast with fresh fruits, pastries, and even delicious honey comb. The pool area was a perfect serene escape, and my room had a lovely balcony facing the garden.

wifi was spotty in my room

the pool, small but quiet and had a luxry feel. the welcome drinks and snacks were fab, as it included a small bottle of wine. there was coffee making facilities albeit the two sachets of tea, a fridge for use i guess as no mini bar, lovely toilettries, and amazing decor. you might find the instructions on how to use the room key strange, some people really didnt know how to use it. hot milk for coffee always a bonus.

unfortunately we had a small line of ants from the bedroom to the bathroom. it was so late at night when we came that i told them when we checked out. the breakfast was simplistic and very slow to top up the plates. the juice was like water and overall lacked choice for a hotel rated as four stars. perhaps it was because there were not many guests.

Characteristic residence with beautiful hallways and balconies. The pool looked brilliant, staff was very nice. Excellent breakfast, best in trip. NIce welcome with bottle of wine etc. New, fresh. Parking free in front of residence.

Really good breakfast and charming atmosphere

The charming decor combined with a peaceful adults-only environment created a perfect escape. Each room had a beautiful balcony that overlooked the serene garden. Although the keycards were a bit temperamental at times, the overall experience was fantastic.

Favourable and fab location, near Proputtinggarden. A wide range of food at the breakfast, including fresh fruit and slices of fresh bread🙂

The hotel is fairly clean and intimate, offers stunning location close to the city center. Freshly cooked and well prepared breakfast with food options for many different preferences, thanks a lot. They care about guests, offer great service and shuttle to the airport. The pool is nice and there is a spa area.

I was enchanted by the lovely garden vibes accented with lush greenery with a serene atmosphere. The charming decor, especially the exquisite Portuguese tiles, added character and warmth throughout the hotel.

Loved the intimacy of the residence as well as the reception. The staff were wonderful as so was the location and price. We did not feel like we were staying in a hotel, but rather felt like staying in our own private lodge. Our daughter is not easily impressed, but this residence surely impressed her - she wants to go back to Lagos and spend time at your Residence once more. The ambiance was incredible and the fact that we were right next door to one another was a great plus - thanks for that thoughtfulness. Although we indicated that the location was our primary reason, we would like to include all the others, the rate and the facilities.

Not applicable - we absolutely loved the place and the staff. Keep it up and we will definately recommend the Residence.

Right from the moment we entered the hotel we felt this place was excellent. Friendly staff, wonderful hotel in a Portugese style design. Large rooms, excellent free breakfast. It felt like the room was at a friend's house, not a hotel. Reliable internet, close to beaches. Safe parking on nearby streets. 10 min walk into town. Nice sized, clean pool. No negatives at all. Would love to go back
